5. Account Registration

Each User may hold only one account on the nd777 Platform. Duplicate, shared or otherwise unauthorised accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

5.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by nd777's onboarding procedure. You are responsible for keeping all registration information current and accurate at all times.

5.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. nd777 will never request your password through any channel. 5.3 Single Account Policy

Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nd777 employs technical and manual controls to detect multi-accounting. • Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.

13. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nd777's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension & Closure

nd777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• nd777 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal conduct.
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to nd777's satisfaction.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels nd777 to close the account.
• The User has requested self-exclusion.

Upon legitimate account closure not resulting from a breach of these Terms, nd777 will return any real-money balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances in accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nd777 holds its operating licence.
